Six
Sigma Expert/Senior Manager
Essential
Responsibilities
This experienced
senior level manager will have experience as a Six Sigma Master
Black Belt. A qualified candidate will have experience in working
directly with customers, with the sales and marketing process,
in applying Six Sigma principles to a variety of industries, and
in coaching and training others in Six Sigma methodology. This
manager will work with the SigmaFlow sales team, helping customers
to understand the use of SigmaFlow’s software in their Six
Sigma initiative.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's
degree (MBA preferred)
- At least two
years experience at Master Black Belt level (transactional Six
Sigma and/or DFSS preferred)
- Familiar with
process improvement software / process management software
Intimately familiar with Six Sigma DMAIC activities and Six
Sigma tools (Six Sigma project selection, charter, C&E diagram,
Fishbone diagram, work breakdown structure, SIPOC, process mapping,
data collection plan, funnel report, C&E matrix, FMEA, control
plan, audit plan, simulation)
- Intimately
familiar with Six Sigma statistics (Gage R&R, ANOVA, t-Test,
control charts, run charts, histograms, boxplots, hypothesis
testing, Pareto charts, multi-variance, equal variance tests,
correlation matrices, regression tests, chi-squared tests, non-parametric
tests, etc.)
- Strong root
cause and corrective action skills.
- Proven team
leadership skills; ability to effectively influence and motivate
others.
- Substantial
functional experience with successful track record of results.
- Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to
travel for training and/or kaizen facilitation (domestic and
international).

Sarbanes-Oxley Expert/Senior Manager
Essential
Responsibilities
This experienced
senior level manager will have industry experience in implementing
Sarbanes-Oxley compliance processes. A qualified candidate will
have experience in working directly with businesses at a senior
level regarding the risks, controls, and IT systems associated
with financial information. Experience in SOX 404 documentation
and in designing Sarbanes-Oxley compliant processes is important.
This manager will work with the SigmaFlow sales team, helping
customers to understand the use of SigmaFlow’s software
as it relates to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and reporting.
Qualifications/Requirements
- At least 2
years experience performing in a project management role in
a risk management environment.
- A working
knowledge of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 is required.
- Experience
with Sarbanes-Oxley internal control scoping, documentation,
testing and remediation of control deficiencies required. Experience
with SOX software implementations / process management software
required.
- Bachelor's
degree (MBA preferred)
- Familiarity
in using Six Sigma methodology a plus
- Experience
in managing customer relationships and budgets.
- Proven team
leadership skills; ability to effectively influence and motivate
others.
- Substantial
functional experience with successful track record of results.
- Excellent
