“Best
six sigma tool belt on the market. The integration capability
and ease of use truly optimizes your improvement endeavors. It
has been well received and has kick started our global initiative.”

“I
really love having the references and material and tools right
there, as
I’m going through the DMADV roadmap. This is a great
concept! And, having
gone through our roadmap without Coach, really, really highlights
the value
that Coach offers. Thanks!”

“A
huge advantage over spreadsheet approaches where results are a
function of practitioner expertise. We've also found SigmaFlow
effective in tool learning curve acceleration for new Black
Belts and Green Belts. Ten hours productivity gain is all
we need to break even, and we can get that on the first project.”

“We
find the SigmaFlow tools to be a great way of getting our process
mapping and analysis done quickly. We use the software to
improve coal flow and overall operations.”

“We
evaluated several Value Stream Mapping packages and found
SigmaFlow the leader in functionality, ease of use and overall
value.”

“SigmaFlow
Mapper is the perfect process mapping software for
the Yellow Belt who after 3 days of training, needs user-friendly
software tools to map the current process, develop a baseline
metric and assess the current risk of the current process. ”

“SigmaFlow
Six Sigma Workbench fills the void every Black Belt has experienced.
Its easy and powerful DMAIC tools connect the data, so
you don't waste your valuable project time populating spreadsheets
and slides. It manages and helps you identify the vital causes
in your project ... getting you to your results faster by providing
better focus, and reducing non-value added time. Essentially SigmaFlow
provides a more robust process for the DMAIC process.”

“I
conducted an exhaustive evaluation of all mapping and modeling
solutions available in the market today and concluded that
SigmaFlow is the optimal solution for clients of Six

“SigmaFlow
Workbench enables people to easily find and use the tools appropriate
for their needs, regardless of their experience level in process
improvement.
For example, our hospital
is trained in the PDSA (Plan-Do-Study-Act) continuous improvement
cycle, so they will find ready access to tools to create a project
charter, flow charts, cause and effect "fishbone"
diagrams, develop a data collection plan, and establish a
project action plan.
Those who have learned
more sophisticated process improvement tools, such as those used
in the Six Sigma DMAIC approach to breakthrough process
improvement, will appreciate the linking to additional tools such
as a Critical to Quality/Cost/Delivery trees, cause and effect
matrices, FMEA analysis, control plans, and a project funnel
report which keeps track of what has been learned during the project.
SigmaFlow Workbench provides
a common format for information about a process, which
then can be added to during further process improvement work.
For example, PDSA, which is used for ongoing continuous improvement,
creates a pool of initial information upon which a Six Sigma
DMAIC breakthrough improvement can be bootstrapped in order
to accelerate that effort. Similarly, the additional information
gained in the Six Sigma project can serve as a basis for
enabling those who work within the process on a daily basis to
enhance their ongoing PDSA efforts.
From the executive perspective,
the common templates for the tools and the ability to output the
results to Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint facilitates presentations,
communication, and, more importantly, understanding of the project
status and results.
Added to all that, for
those who wish to apply "what if" analyses, the simulation
tools that Modeler provides allows for "playing"
with the process without actually changing a process to learn
better ways to manage the process.”

“After review of SigmaFlow Workbench, I believe that the
connectivity between the various applications will encourage the
practicing Green or Black Belt to use Six Sigma tools on a daily
basis. The ease with which information can be transferred between
the Process Map, FMEA and other applications such as CTQ
tree and Cause and Effect diagrams will encourage Six
Sigma practitioners to integrate Six Sigma tools into
their everyday activities. This software will finally help
make the Process Map and FMEA living documents within organizations!
Congratulations on a job well done!”

“Finding
the right combination of process improvement and software functionality
for my customers is most often about finding processes that already
work well and incorporating those elements into areas that need
help. But how do you find those quickly and efficiently and how
do you prove them and measure them once you've found them?
SigmaFlow’s suite
of software tools is long overdue and a major productivity
enhancement for the Six Sigma community. We conservatively
estimate client resource savings of up to 25% per project in the
time value of project savings and time to solve the defect problem,
it's an excellent enhancement in the knowledge transfer process
for the classroom.”

“Like
that tool in the garage that fits your hand just right, SigmaFlow
has been a truly pleasant surprise among the many process
and project tools I've used. It steps up to the heavy lifting
of process mapping, modeling and simulation with elegant
simplicity-no unnecessary feature clutter or menu "noise."
Everything is right in front of you with a well thought-out flow
that allows great control of the mapping process, data manipulation
and reporting features. SigmaFlow's training and support have
been top-notch which translates to user confidence and a noticeable
improvement in project efficiency and productivity in the
field after I began using it.
SigmaFlow is the real
deal.”
