Why do Process improvement projects cost more, and take
longer, than expected?
The Project Management
Institute reveals that Inexperience is largely why
projects typically take 40 percent longer, cost 20 percent
more, and have less likelihood of success.
Integrating your
project Templates with Tools and “how-to” training
enables your less experienced team members to perform like
seasoned professionals.
SigmaFlow’s
Project Portfolio Management Solution provides this
integrated suite of process improvement and project execution
software that enables a less experienced team to complete
projects faster, with higher quality, within a logical,
easy-to-follow roadmap.

The
system’s auto-synchronization provides executives
with timely project portfolio reporting and status dashboards,
without burdening team members with redundant data entry.
Where is your
company's best opportunity?
SigmaFlow’s
confidential Results
Probability Assessment identifies your
greatest process improvement issues, providing you a customized
analysis and benchmark for your industry and company size.
