and value to your software. Here are some recent enhancements:
SigmaFlow Workbench
- Our comprehensive
Six Sigma software
is now even easier to learn with improved ease of use
via How-to movies.
- Improved input/output
management.
- Improved integration
between Fishbone and Hierarchy diagrams
with other Six Sigma tools.
- Enhanced exporting
to Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Numerous drawing
engine enhancements, for example: adding departments,
adding a movie to jump start the drawing experience as

for file organization and simplified project replication.

Roadmap that illustrates when and how to use tools.

SigmaFlow VSM
- SigmaFlow's value
stream mapping software now contains a Lean Benchmarking
diagnostic that utilizes process Throughput, Work in Process,
Bottleneck Rate, and Raw Process Time data to graphically
illustrate if your process is Lean or Fat. If Fat, use
Lean tools to Lean the process. If the process is already
Lean, then use Six Sigma tools to reduce variability.
- Multi-Level Value
Stream Maps with drag-and-drop diagramming of information
and material flow.
- Create value-stream
sub-processes and hierarchy with automatic data rollup.
- Mistake-proofed
calculations with standardized formulas.

go to: Help > About SigmaFlow.
If
you are working in a prior version, it’s time
to get current. To check for updates in any SigmaFlow
desktop product follow this path and follow the instructions.
