1 | Executive Program Overview (Champions One Day Workshop).

Create an overview of Your program

Outline responsibilities

Provide insights to Senior Management for establishing the infrastructure for Toll-Gate reviews as well as Milestones and Deliverables from the program.

2 | Classroom Training based on the results of an Executive Workshop

Customize a template, create training materials, develop exercises and examples that are delivered by qualified instructor(s)

Materials are tailored to Your needs and culture

SigmaFlow software tools will be fully utilized in the program such that practitioners will become effective on their first project realizing greater results

Training Material will evolve in accordance with the pace of the course

A Certification program will be established that will require successful project completion and a written examination that will certify all trained Green Belts

Black Belt: 4 weeks over 4 months
