SigmaFlow, headquartered in Plano, Texas, was founded in 2001 and provides software solutions in two principal applications.
The first application helps low, medium and high impact utilities manage their compliance with NERC CIP and 693 standards. The second helps oil and gas companies manage the well delivery workflows by integrating the multiple schedules from the drilling schedule, to process execution and analytics in real time.
In Compliance Management, our software is used by a diverse portfolio of customers in the low, medium and high impact categories subject to NERC CIP & 693 standards. The SigmaFlow software platform is configured and supported by expert consultants that can help you adapt the software to fit your compliance needs, from a basic pre-configured product for low impact utilities, to a fully customized solution for high impact utilities or larger.
The SigmaFlow solution places a strong emphasis on embedding domain knowledge within the company through process-driven, template-based-architecture. Our software solutions are cost effective, implemented according to your user requirements, can be integrated with other compliance systems and upgradable as new standards are required. Working with you, we can help mitigate the risks associated with compliance management, whether evidence management, RSAW preparation or managing the compliance workflow.
The NERC Compliance Solution is a solution that automatically collects and structures the evidence for NERC compliance in a real-time repository, managing all documents, data, and work activities for ease of retrieval.
The Well Delivery Solution enables real-time modifications to the drilling and completion plan through the combination of multi-schedule management, process execution and analytical reporting. The workflows cover pre-production processes from concept to tie-in, multiple schedules (for example: survey, construction, drilling, completions, tie-ins) flags any conflicts, key milestone dates forecasted, process governance and compliance. Through a library of procedure templates with task-specific guidance, documents, To-Do checklists, and data forms, well planning workflows can be integrated easily with the drilling schedule and other enterprise solutions, allowing you to efficiently execute your well delivery plans, adapting quickly to any changes in plans.
