SigmaFlow software solutions enables faster achievement of business goals with template-based project portfolio management and ensures that gains are sustained by providing employees with process-centric content and measurements.
SigmaFlow was founded in 2001 to develop the premier software solution for Six Sigma, Process Management and other initiatives. From the company’s inception, our goal has been to help our customers with the following:
- Collaboration Portal: Customer survey feedback included: “A place where people could post questions, and get experts to reply,” “A way to get people in similar jobs to share knowledge as an ongoing process…”, “Day-to-Day Resource. Have relevant information available that is: “Easy integration into our every day work process.” The consistent feedback element was a desire to not just capture knowledge, but apply the knowledge for valuable business results.
- Enterprise Content Management: Unlike the typical configuration of Microsoft SharePoint or other document management system, content stored in the SigmaFlow solution is easy to retrieve because of effective process-centric tagging. (Customers have the option to use SigmaFlow as the user interface for knowledge retrieval and tagging, as well as for the documents to be physically stored to the existing customer content management system.)
- Process Analysis (Online / Offline): The online capability enables web-based navigation and filtering of processes and their measurements. The offline capability enables a comprehensive rich client toolkit for process mapping, value stream mapping, process scorecarding, and process discrete event simulation.
- Project Management (Online / Offline): The online capability enables team members to collaborate and work on a project. A unique SigmaFlow differentiator is the concept of a project workspace and workflow blended learning. Team members work in the system, (as opposed to just updating the system,) because it enables them to achieve peak performance sooner by providing task-specific references and tools. The offline capability enables a team member to take the project on-the-go.
- Portfolio Management: Solution provides robust DataMart Reporting Services for the effective creation and distribution of portfolio reports that incorporate hierarchical navigation / filtering and charting.
- Business Intelligence: By combining workflow with metric collection, customers can a.) scorecard process health (process adoption and sustainability) and b.) identify key operations variables that have the greatest impact on financial performance.
- SaaS Technical Platform: Multi-tenant, role-based security enables effective best practice sharing across a value stream (suppliers, distributors, customers).
