This position is responsible for providing pre- and post-sales support of SigmaFlow solutions to clients, including software demonstration, solution configuration, implementation, training and support. The candidate must be flexible and excited about working in a fast paced company and be willing and able to deliver exceptional quality solutions to SigmaFlow customers. This position is an entry-level role responsible for providing pre- and post-sales support of SigmaFlow solutions, including configuration, implementation, training and support. The candidate must be flexible and excited about working in a fast paced company and be willing and able to focus on both internal and external customer service to meet business needs.
